When Country Fire Authority decided to update their intranet, they needed to consider the very unique and specific needs of their large volunteer workforce. Coinciding with the establishment of Fire Rescue Victoria, the new platform also needed to support a huge organisational and cultural transformation.

Profile
Beth is a senior online communications advisor for the CFA (Country Fire Authority), where she is responsible for member engagement via digital channels, with a main focus on the intranet channel.
Beth is passionate about an engaging yet simplified digital experience for all CFA members enhancing internal communication via digital platforms.
Prior to joining the CFA, Beth worked for over 19 years at HP, 15 of those years in the HP.com space managing multiple countries within Asia Pacific. The last 18 months with HPE, managing the HPE web experience across all of Asia Pacific.
Beth lives in Melbourne Victoria where her loves are her daughter and grandson, and Aussie Rules football.
