Country Fire Authority

Designing for the frontline

When Country Fire Authority decided to update their intranet, they needed to consider the very unique and specific needs of their large volunteer workforce. Coinciding with the establishment of Fire Rescue Victoria, the new platform also needed to support a huge organisational and cultural transformation.

In this session, Beth will cover:

  • catering for the needs of a highly distributed emergency volunteer workforce
  • change and adoption techniques for low digital literacy audience groups
  • 2 years on from launch – learnings and success stories
