But the team didn’t want to stop there. With a focus on continuous improvement driven by real-time user insights, they invested in developing a suite of sophisticated measures and analytics.

Jamie leads the Digital Communications team at Cox Enterprises, where she is responsible for aligning and modernising the internal communications channels across the Cox family of businesses.

Jamie is passionate about simplifying digital employee experiences and reimagining how employees engage with technology. She has won multiple intranet awards for her work over the years and is a featured speaker at digital workplace conferences where she shares her expertise on content strategy and employee engagement measurement.

Prior to joining Cox, Jamie worked in the financial services industry, serving in communications and digital product management roles. She built her first SharePoint intranet in 2005.

Jamie lives in Atlanta, Georgia where she is a mom of two teenagers and thus trying to find time to travel, see live music and listen to podcasts.
