RGP: Integrating data into the intranet to deliver DEX
Consulting firm, RGP, has launched a global intranet, based on SharePoint and the Akumina platform, that seeks to drive an integrated, digital employee experience for its employees, supporting productivity and connection. Featuring extensive data derived from multiple integrations with key business systems and wrapped in a striking design, the intranet is based on a dynamic persona model in order to deliver a highly relevant experience to RGP’s consultants.
The intranet has a number of innovative areas, including data on trends relating to client work, open opportunities for consultants, and project information that helps employees successfully navigate the project lifecycle. Other highlights include dedicated areas for support, learning, and communities.
The intranet has supported productivity, cost reductions, and change management across RGP.
