Based on SharePoint and heavily customised with many integrations, Canvas has evolved through five years of continuous improvement. Support for Canvas comes from a content management team and 200 knowledge ambassadors, underpinned by strong content governance.
The intranet has many innovative features including a powerful enterprise search powered by Coveo covering both internal and external sources, an extensive private personal dashboard covering work, career and multiple employee tasks, and also people profiles that leverage multiple integrations. There are a number of landing page templates covering practice areas, industry knowledge and locations, as well as a number of custom apps covering high value use cases. The intranet enjoys strong adoption and findability.
