AI is an alignment test: How it amplifies the way your organisation already works
Artis Advisory
Organisations are investing heavily in AI tools across the digital workplace, yet many are discovering that simply deploying the technology does not guarantee meaningful adoption. ReseAI enters an organisation as it already is. Where leaders and teams share clarity about what they are trying to achieve, why it matters and how decisions will be made, AI can help them make decisions faster and act more consistently. Where people are pulling in different directions, it can multiply confusion, duplicated effort and risk.
Many organisations are introducing AI while their people are already dealing with constant change and fatigue. Drawing on the latest Clear Leaders global research into strategic alignment and leadership, Zora will explore what AI reveals about how an organisation really works. She will look at how people working across internal communication, knowledge management, digital workplace and technology can recognise when the problem runs deeper than communication and work with other functions to enable alignment.
