RGP have a dispersed global workforce spread across 37 countries with the majority of their 2,600+ employees based on-site with clients. RGP Connect was born from the decision to entirely reimagine their digital workplace. The goal was to create an employee-centred platform to reflect the day-to-day reality of how employees actually work.

The new persona-driven experience extends across communications, resources, search results, and transactional experiences like benefits and support requests. The platform also addresses one of RGP’s most pressing workforce challenges: keeping a dispersed, predominantly client-facing, project-based workforce connected to the broader organization.

You will learn:

  • how employee experience impacts engagement, productivity, and adoption
  • practical UX and human-centred design methods for intranet initiatives
  • strategies for increasing intranet value and adoption by designing for employee needs
