A people-centred approach to AI implementation
Topic
Organisations are investing heavily in AI tools across the digital workplace, yet many are discovering that simply deploying the technology does not guarantee meaningful adoption. Research from organisations such as McKinsey and Deloitte consistently shows that the biggest barriers to AI adoption are not technical but human. Challenges around organisational change, skills, workforce readiness, culture and trust often prevent organisations from fully realising the value of AI.
Drawing on research, behavioural science and real client experience, this session explores the human factors that determine whether that determine whether AI initiatives succeed or stall.
In this session you will learn:
- the key human factors that influence successful AI adoption
- a practical framework outlining five drivers of effective AI adoption
- how to build trust, confidence and digital literacy across the organisation
- practical ways to help employees integrate AI tools into their everyday work
Participants will leave with practical ideas and tools to support AI adoption in ways that keep people at the centre of technological change.
