Workshop A: how to review and plan your digital internal communications channels
Topic
Do you know how effective your internal communications channels are? Would you like to create a plan for your channels, but feel stuck on where to start?
Join Dan for a practical workshop where you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to review your digital internal channels. Using a four-step approach, Dan will guide you through how to scope, assess, listen and report on the effectiveness of your channels.
You’ll learn how to:
- identify the priorities for your channel review
- decide what is in or out of scope
- take a structured approach throughout the assessment
- listen to feedback via quantitative and qualitative research methods
- bring together your insights to play back to stakeholders
With a new toolkit of resources and approaches, you’ll have the foundations needed to plan your next channels review and create meaningful recommendations.
