These half-day sessions will give you the deep-dive knowledge you need, run by genuine experts and experienced workshop facilitators.
Workshop A: Leading change through communication in the age of AI
Run by Zora Artis of Artis Advisory this workshop will give you practical frameworks to plan and deliver effective change communication and techniques for communicating clearly even amid uncertainty. You’ll get guidance on supporting AI and digital implementation in a way that builds understanding, trust and adoption. Read more
Workshop B: Plan, build & test sustainable AI agents
Run by Natalie Ryan, Step Two, this workshop will provide a pragmatic, considered approach to AI agents, from initial planning through to testing and ongoing management. Hands-on building of AI agents will also ensure that everyone comes away with greater confidence and knowledge. Read more
