Natalie Ryan: Workshop B

Step Two

Plan, build & test sustainable AI agents

Topic

Microsoft, alongside other vendors, are rapidly improving their AI capabilities. Key amongst these are AI “agents” or “chatbots/bots” which draw on content collections to give answers to staff questions. Business areas can now easily create SharePoint Agents, but do they feel confident to do so? And how do organisations address governance considerations and manage potential risks as the number of agents explodes?

This workshop will provide a pragmatic, considered approach to AI agents, from initial planning through to testing and ongoing management. Hands-on building of AI agents will also ensure that everyone comes away with greater confidence and knowledge.

The workshop will cover:

  • using Step Two’s unique “knowledge domains for AI” framework
  • identifying where AI agents/bots are most appropriate in your organisation
  • hands-on activity to build real-world SharePoint Agents
  • practical approaches to testing AI agents/bots
  • governance and management practices to ensure ongoing sustainability of agents/bots

Ideal for intranet, internal comms and knowledge management teams, this workshop will help to establish practices that benefit business teams and organisations as a whole.
