Profile

Emily O’Brien is the Customer Success Manager at SWOOP Analytics for the Asia Pacific Region. SWOOP is a leading enterprise social network analytics platform that uses data from Microsoft Yammer and Workplace by Facebook to help organisations and their people to become better collaborators. Emily was formerly the Internal Marketing Officer for KFC Australia which involved taking on the community manager role of the KFC Yammer network. Throughout the role, Emily experienced firsthand the power of ESN’s and their ability to connect and empower employees.
