About my talk

An early adopter of Office365, Qantas launched a new digital workplace in 2013. Prior to this launch, Qantas embarked on a two year project involving a series of activities designed to enable the shift from an intranet of the dark ages to a workplace of the future. David will provide actionable insights from the digital innovations Qantas are investigating to support their vision of the digital workplace.

About me

David is part of the Digital Innovation team at Qantas. With a marketing, communications and technology background, David understands the value in driving innovation for both employees and customers. After beginning his Communications career in Sydney, David moved to New York to begin his intranet journey. He was involved in a number of digital projects, championing mobility, social enterprise and CRM solutions in the cloud. Returning to Sydney and commencing at Qantas, David managed the launch of The Terminal, the new digital workplace at Qantas and has since been involved in a number of digital innovations Qantas are investigating to support their vision of the digital workplace.
