Delivering content to mobile in stressful situations at Qld Police
Presentation from Intranets2014
About my talk
The Queensland Police Service is moving to a new mobile information platform that enables officers to conduct police checks from the road; avoiding lengthy radio queues, maintaining higher visibility and getting more work done. In this presentation, Corne will discuss:
- the design challenges faced in enabling police to quickly find the information required (from multiple systems)
- how the solution is making a difference to frontline police officers
- how to design a simple interface to match the way officers work can
