About my talk

In 2014, the University of the Sunshine Coast moved from an unloved Staff Portal to a dynamic Digital Workplace. Based on information management practices, the aim was to develop a new, productive business environment to help staff do their jobs.

  • Chelsea will share insights from their journey, including:
  • incorporating information management practices to support the preferred culture
  • building the workplace with the users
  • tailoring content based on workplace needs
