Leading change through communication in the age of AI
Artis Advisory
When organisations go through change, communicators play a vital role in helping people make sense of what’s happening. But with constant transformation, competing priorities and rapid technology shifts, it’s easy for communicators to feel stretched.
Join Zora for an interactive workshop where she’ll share tips and practical tools to help you design, deliver and measure people-centred change communication that cuts through noise, builds trust and supports lasting change. She’ll also explore how communicators can support AI and digital adoption, helping you implement technology in ways that bring people on the journey rather than create resistance or uncertainty.
What you’ll learn:
You’ll leave with a practical toolkit and resources that you can apply immediately.
