How global growth inspired Unispace to connect and collaborate via a new responsive intranet

About my talk

As a start-up design firm that grew to 400 people across 35 global locations in just 5 years, Unispace had some challenges. Without the right systems in place, it was difficult to locate and connect with new colleagues, let alone build a global culture.

I will take you through our digital workplace journey that helped us to:

• Create a responsive intranet on Office 365 for teams to communicate and collaborate
• Enable disciplines and geographies to capture and share knowledge
• Celebrate our wins and share our vibrant culture
