Rowena’s diverse, cross-functional skillset is backed by qualifications spanning information architecture, business analysis, creative industries, and IT. She has an immersive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 application suite, with a particular focus on SharePoint and Teams.
Rowena is a Prosci certified change manager, and uses human-centred design principles to put people at the centre of all stages of a project. She has delivered end-to-end projects in product strategy development, intranet redesign and migration, collaboration governance, and knowledge management systems.
