Rowena has over a decade of experience with enterprise content management and productivity solutions. She specialises in connecting people, process, and technology to optimise the employee experience and deliver tangible business benefits.

Before joining Step Two, Rowena worked in the higher education sector, specialising in intranets, information management, and digital collaboration. In recent years she has been immersed in the Microsoft 365 application suite, with a focus on SharePoint and Teams.

She has delivered end-to-end projects in product strategy development, intranet redesign and migration, collaboration governance, and knowledge management systems. Her diverse, cross-functional skillset is backed by qualifications spanning information architecture, business analysis, creative industries, and IT.

Adept at guiding and enabling people through change, Rowena is a Prosci certified change manager, and uses human-centred design principles to put people at the centre of all stages of a project.

Rowena’s superpowers include making sense of organisational complexity, translating user needs into technical solutions, and using governance and compliance to enhance – not hinder – the digital employee experience.
