Adobe : Increasing intranet value through continual improvement

Adobe’s corporate intranet, Inside Adobe, is a highly mature platform, managed by a team of five, who take a data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement. Based on Adobe Experience Manager, and a suite of other Adobe products, the intranet now enjoys strong adoption and is well-regarded by employees.

Intranet management approaches include a robust governance framework; a thorough approach to gathering employee feedback; innovative SLA’s that are unusual in an intranet context; integrations with Slack that notify content owners about reviews; a unified intake form and more. The intranet itself has a high number of integrations, and has recently incorporated AI into the search experience.

There are a number of well-established content templates, a versatile fly-out menu, and some unusual features, including the ability to order food from the staff café via the intranet.
