DEX 2026 is the latest in more than 10 years of outstanding events, and it remains the only conference in our field in Australia that puts the practitioner at the front and centre.
We’re delighted to say that the conference is again in person: in Sydney on October 21 & 22!
Whether you’re managing an intranet redesign, driving the build and adoption of AI agents, or launching a change communications initiative, DEX 2026 will give you access to practitioners who’ve had a positive impact on their organisation’s digital employee experience.
We’re now open for early-bird registrations, which include a complementary ticket to Step Two’s 30th birthday bash! (Early bird rates end on July 21)
The big news is that we’re again offering two half-day pre-conference workshops, to give you a chance to do a deeper dive into the topics that matter to you:
- Workshop A: Leading change through communication in the age of AI (run by Ann-Marie Blake, True, all the way from the UK)
- Workshop B: Plan, build & test sustainable AI agents (run by Natalie Ryan, Step Two)
We’ve already locked in the start of what will be a great speaker lineup, including:
- Beth Gleba from BCD Travel (evolving a global intranet)
- Ann-Marie Blake from True (people-centric approach to AI)
- Kym Logan from NAB (storytelling)
- Bec Gallen from ATO (digital literacy)
- Lindsay Spencer from RGP (human-centred intranet)
- Farrah Abdullah from Aurecon (knowledge management)
(And as always, there are no sponsors, just great presentations and discussions!)
DEX2026: Learn from your colleagues. Grow your network. Be inspired.
