COWI: Streamlining project and proposal management
Engineering firm, COWI, undertakes complex projects, globally. Management of proposals and projects is critical for the business.
COWI has developed a series of four custom integrated apps covering the end-to-end process of assessing a sales opportunity through delivering a proposal, to using a collaborative site to support project management. The solutions include a proposal assessment tool and detailed project checklist. Launched between 2021 and 2024, the solutions build on COWI’s long-term investment in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
The apps are all accessible from COWI’s SharePoint-based intranet and are designed to drive efficiency and reduce risk, ultimately supporting project quality and profitably. The apps have received positive feedback from project managers, have high adoption, and bring tangible improvements and value.
