Natalie brings a wealth of experience across intranets, collaboration platforms and digital workplace environments. She holds qualifications in Information Management, Project Management and Enterprise Architecture and has specialised in delivering complex projects that involve governance, technology and process change across multiple stakeholder groups.
Natalie has been responsible for establishing successful and sustainable service models for internal communications, collaboration and enquiry management in higher education and other complex organisations. As a program and change manager she has developed and implemented strategies making use of radical transparency and other innovative approaches.
Respectful and inclusive stakeholder engagement is one of Natalie’s strengths and she is passionate about developing communities of practice and facilitating a hands-on approach to feedback and involvement.
