TasWater’s General Manager Governance and Assurance Ailsa Sypkes said the Step Two Intranet & Digital Workplace Silver Award was an important recognition of the Virtual Workplace Program team, and every employee’s investment in the program.
“The VWP touches every part of the business and the solutions it delivered are used by everyone at TasWater. This breadth of coverage required a highly consultative, user-centric approach, giving everyone the opportunity to have ownership over the outcome,” Ms Sypkes said.
TasWater is proud to have been recognised by Step Two for our work on this project, the success of which is thanks to the collaborative approach across various parts of the business and with external parties.
The VWP has transformed the way our people work, and this award further validates the work undertaken by the team to establish a sound and flexible digital workplace.
