We engaged Step Two to embark on a digital workplace and knowledge management journey to help us improve usability, findability and governance on our existing SharePoint platform just after COVID remote working started. We went through many sessions of user research, content review, information architecture design, prototyping, user testing and governance framework creation. Step Two helped us build a brand new intranet, and created practical guidelines for ongoing information management and ‘what to use when’ for our digital tools. Step Two were knowledgeable, professional, and adapted to our needs throughout the engagement.
