Be part of something: why employee comms is key to a connected company and culture
Connected companies with highly engaged employees are 17% more productive, 21% more profitable and see 40% less turnover than the competition (Source: Gallup). Global data now also shows “my employer” to be the most trusted institution by people to do what is right.
This strongly demonstrates how internal communications teams hold the key to successfully building a connected culture and business. At Workplace by Facebook we believe that great communication, driven by technology, can change the perception of a company brand – both internally and externally – and drive real business results.
This session will cover:
- what it means to be a connected company and why it’s important
- employee communications trends
- how you can build a connected culture
