Now that DEX 2019 is out of the way, our thoughts turn to the next steps in the digital employee experience (DEX) journey.
Late last year, we ran the world’s first DEX survey, and we gained valuable insight into the priorities driving DEX, and the challenges it faces. As you’d expect when DEX was such a new concept, many organisations had yet to recognise it as a strategic imperative.
We’ll be launching a new survey shortly, and I’m putting out a call for an advisory panel of practitioners who will help us review and improve the survey.
I want the survey to gather the best possible insights, so if you’d like to help, please fill in the form below by September 30. Involvement should only take an hour or two at most, over the next month.
Note that I’m only looking for practitioners, and I’ll be limiting the panel to about a dozen participants.
