A few weeks ago, we published a new year’s resolution for intranet teams: three wins in three months. This was structured around a simple goal: Plan and deliver three intranet “wins” in three months.

There’s been a great reaction from across the community to the idea, and a lot of people have joined in.

It doesn’t matter if the wins are large or small. The important thing is to start the new year with renewed energy, and a plan for concrete improvements to the intranet.
