When we first pivoted to become a pure-play consulting firm in 2001, almost all of our new clients were in government. Since then, we’ve worked with countless federal, state and local agencies. These projects include intranet strategy and design, knowledge management and technology selection.
We’ve also been involved in whole-of-government initiatives, include a CMS review conducted for the NSW Government, and Better Practice Checklists written for the Australian government.
Largely speaking, the public sector is neither ahead or behind the private sector, when it comes to intranets and knowledge management. It’s just … different. That’s what makes these projects interesting: their unique scope, timescales and priorities.
The panels we’re on
We know that procurement processes can be a big stumbling block to getting help, which is what makes panel membership so useful.
At federal level, we’re members of:
- Digital Transformation Agency’s Digital Marketplace
- Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development’s ICT Services Panel
At state level, we’re on the following panels:
- NSW: NSW eTendering pre-qualification scheme
- Qld: GITC government panel
- Vic: Gov eServices Panel
Drop us a line if you need more detail on any of these panels, and we stand ready to be of help.
