The 2025 Intranet and Digital Workplace Awards are now open for entries, with a closing date of 18 April 2025. We’re always fascinated (and excited) to see the submissions we’re going to receive. We see new ideas, flashes of brilliant execution, projects which took great patience, classic deployments, beautiful designs, highly innovative approaches and more.
While we wait for the entries to come in, each year we ask our judges about the type of entries they’d love to see in the Awards.
Here are some of the things they said:
- Advanced ways to personalise and target digital workplace content, perhaps using AI to automatically tailor what is of interest
- Comprehensive employee wellbeing approaches being facilitated by DEX
- Using AI to automate processes for human-machine collaboration
- A full rollout of AI-based employee services to help with areas such as HR, procurement or IT
- An example of a truly frontline-first digital workplace
- Inspiring examples of leadership using enterprise social to authentically connect with employees
- Ways that intranet owners are reducing the cognitive load for users
- How organisations are making the most of the integrated M365 suite for content and creation
- Automation that finally nails intranet and content governance
- Companies that have implemented successful data governance
- Inspiring ways to deliver digital employee experience
- Successful handling of search and information reuse in the face of multiple siloed commercial solutions
- Examples of how companies incentivize people to capture and reuse knowledge
- Knowledge management in action with new ideas that feel fresh and exciting
Perhaps you have implemented an initiative which matches one of the above, or something completely different. Whatever you’ve done, we’re looking forward to receiving your entry!
(Don’t forget that the closing date for submissions is 18 April 2025 and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like some advice on what to enter.)
