Digital employee experience (#DEX) looks holistically at how staff work day-to-day with digital tools provided by the organisation, as well as how they connect with each other. This brings internal communications, collaboration and the intranet front-and-centre, as well as the broader picture of other digital tools, from Office 365 to ServiceNow and Workday.
