Last year, DEX 2018 introduced not just Australia but the world to the concept of digital employee experience (DEX). The conference brought together speakers and practitioners in Sydney, to explore both pragmatic and strategic approaches.
It’s no exaggeration to say that we know of at least two experienced teams who listened to the keynotes from Heathrow Airport and Australia Post, and went back to reshape their projects into DEX initiatives.
It’s now more than a year on, and DEX has picked up pace, right around the world. We’ve seen why DEX matters, for internal communicators and IT, and why DEX enables great CX. We’ve also seen DEX embraced by leading teams and pundits alike.
DEX 2019 now returns to Sydney on September 18-20. As always, it provides a carefully curated mix of talks, from intranet practicalities to digital workplace and DEX topics.
Of particular note are the keynotes by Janine Marchi from Liberty Mutual (last year’s Platinum Award winner) and Christy Punch from Wells Fargo (a Gold winner this year). Both flying in from the USA, they will share their extraordinary approach to digital assistants and integration that shows the very leading edge of DEX.
