	What is in this Toolkit? The Requirements Toolkit is provided as a downloadable package, containing the following documents: Requirements Toolkit (PDF) This 123 page document contains the full set of requirements, along an implementation guide. Requirements Toolkit (Microsoft Word) These documents contains all the requirements in a plain Word format. This is designed to allow you to easily cut-and-paste the requirements into your CMS tender. Whitepapers We have published a number of whitepapers on a range of knowledge management and content management issues. A range of these CMS papers has been included as part of this Toolkit. These explore in greater detail particular aspects of CMS design or implementation. As such, they complement the material to be found in the Toolkit.
