Licence and disclaimer
This section outlines in ‘plain English’ an agreement between Step Two Designs (‘us, we’) and the purchaser of the Content Management Requirements Toolkit (‘you’).
Intellectual property
- We reserve all intellectual property rights in the Toolkit, including copyright and moral rights.
- You may not make use of the Toolkit in any manner, except as outlined in this licence.
- We promise that the use of the Toolkit according to the terms of this agreement will not result in the infringement of the rights of any third parties.
Appropriate use
- We grant you a license to use the Toolkit when preparing internal documents.
- Copies of the Toolkit may be made, as long as they remain within your Business Unit.
- An explicit license is granted to you to use the Toolkit requirements in a publicly-released tender document, as long as we are identified as the source of the material.
Inappropriate use
- You may not sell, licence or otherwise provide any part of the Toolkit to another party, except as outlined above.
- You may not use the Toolkit when preparing material for any third party. This includes any contracting or consulting arrangement.
- Instead, the third party must purchase a copy of the Toolkit directly from us.
- If you breach the terms of this agreement, we will sue you for damages, and to prevent the breach.
Disclaimer
- We do not claim that the requirements in the Toolkit are without error or omission, and you must use your best judgement when applying them.
- The Toolkit has been written for an international audience. It therefore does not address any legal issues specific to any one country.
- We strongly recommend that you to seek legal advice on your tender documentation before its release.
Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by New South Wales and Australian law.
