Reading your ideas on podcasts, I thought that a great advantage is the ability to time shift. You can listen to the podcast at your convenience, like in the car or on the train. Do you think it&#039;s too much to ask employees to take a little work home? I rather like being able to deal with tasks on my own schedule.

Podcasts are a great way to share knowledge in  convenient way and make the hive mind smarter.</description>
