Some of the narrative and community of practice approaches could work particularly well. (And no, I'm afraid we don't have an African office at present, and are busy enough in Australia at the moment!) This is a question that I get from workshops that I run for especially NGO world in Kenya, since most of them operate in araes which are at zero in IT infrastructure. Is it possible for one to get training with your organization and possible sponsorship. 3.
