Visits to the homepage dropped by 30% as users found other ways to get to their communities or key tasks (direct urls, favourites etc). Duirng the homepage redesign we failed to follow basic principles of user research and ensuring a good governance approach. Hence, within the last 12 months our homepage has changed 3 times.
