Good idea - we implemented a submit feedback button on every page of our intranet and when selected it generates a new email that is automatically sent to the page owner, a copy to the Intranet Administrator and inserts the URL of the page the person was on when they selected it plus has heading in the body "details of feedback or issue". Staff are using it fairly frequently which is great, but your article has made me think it might pay to do a note about it on the homepage as well. Thanks.
