Entry form for the 2017 Intranet and Digital Workplace Awards

We’re excited to hear what great intranet or digital workplace thing you’ve done!

Follow this process to submit for this year’s Awards:

  1. Read through the form below, to see what information we’ll need from you.
  2. Download the entry description document (a Word doc), and work with your team to fill that in. Read the tips and advice provided on the Awards page, and the frequently asked questions.
  3. When you’re ready, return to the form on this page.
  4. Fill in the entry details, and upload your description document plus the screenshots.
  5. You’re then done! Best of luck, and we’ll be in touch once we’ve reviewed all the entries.

  • Please note that entries must come directly from the organisation who owns the intranet or digital workplace. Agencies and vendors are very welcome to help their clients prepare entries, but the final submission must come from a client.

  • Screenshots and media files

  • The judging of the awards relies on the screenshots and other media files that you provide. Please make sure these fully show the great work that you've done.

    Tips for providing files:

    • Please provide between 2 and 15 screenshots. If appropriate you may also send 1 video with your submission.
    • Save each screenshot as a separate file.
    • Save images in PNG format (TIFF is also OK, but not JPEG).
    • The images need to be at least 800-1000 pixels wide. 
    • Please do not add captions or notes to the images, as we require clean images for use in the final report.
    • Name each image as follows:

      OrgName_Description.png

      For example:
      AbcCorp_StaffDirectory.png
    • Where appropriate, other materials other than screenshots can also be provided.
    • Remember that you should make sure you have the right permission and internal sign-offs to share these details publicly.
    • Please ensure that any confidential information is removed, blurred or replaced with filler text. For example this might be personal names and contact details, photographs or sensitive news stories. (The screenshots for submissions may be published publicly.)
    • Please contact us if the files you’re sending across are too big to upload, and we’ll provide an alternative submission method.

    If your video is available on a hosted platform or YouTube please send a link and password rather than the original file.

    Please note that we may use screen grabs from the video in the Intranet Innovation Awards report.
