- Download the entry description document (a Word doc), and work with your team to fill that in. Read the tips and advice provided on the Awards page, and the frequently asked questions.
- When you’re ready, return to the form on this page.
- Fill in the entry details, and upload your description document plus the screenshots.
- You’re then done! Best of luck, and we’ll be in touch once we’ve reviewed all the entries.
