		<description>I can certainly see more alignment happening between internet and intranet teams, including their strategies and the functionality their sites offer, but the assertion seems to strike at out and out supplantation. While there&#039;s undoubtedly a great deal of information relevant to both customers and employees, I can&#039;t see the differences disappearing altogether.</description>

		<description>I think this will depend a lot on what kind of business you are in. In some businesses, transparency might be a good thing, perhaps revealing a hiccup in your supply chain that is affecting services. But in other businesses, frankly all that matters is the end product (the &#039;working out&#039; doesn&#039;t matter), and I can&#039;t see specialists and consultancies giving up their intellectual property easily.</description>
