Video interview with AEP on award-winning ideas system

When I was in San Jose for the KMWorld conference, I organised an awards ceremony for the US winners of the Intranet Innovation Awards. This also allowed me to do video interviews with a number of the winners, and this is the first to be released.

This 7.5 minute video shares an interview with William Amurgis from American Electric Power (AEP), on their ideas system that identified savings of $8 million in the first two months of operation.
