It’s not often that you get a chance to spend time face-to-face with other intranet and digital workplace teams. That’s why the Intranet Leadership Forum (ILF) was founded a decade ago, to connect teams and to share knowledge.
Now more than ever, it’s critical to make use of proven ideas from other organisations, and to avoid reinventing the wheel (who has the time?!). That way you can proceed at the pace that’s expected of you, while still having the confidence that the outcome will be everything that’s hoped for (and more!).
The ILF runs face-to-face sessions quarterly in four capital cities across Australia.
These are the dates for the next quarter, kicking off with the Melbourne session tomorrow:
- Melbourne (February 14) at Unisuper with a live demo of their intranet and an exploration of launch videos
- Canberra (February 28) at Australian Electoral Commission featuring a live demo and discussion on homepage real estate
- Sydney (March 15) at Westpac who will be providing a live demo plus a session on demystifying search
- Brisbane (March 21) delivering the first “techniques intensive”, covering information architecture (IA) and journey mapping
See who are members of the ILF, and therefore who you’ll be spending time with when you join the community. And join now to make sure you have a seat at the table when the next meeting date rolls around in your city.
