It’s now just over a week until I start into my next around-the-world trip. This time I’ll be visiting London, Copenhagen and San Jose. The main reason for my trip is to run a two-day intranet masterclass in Copenhagen (17-18 September). This will cover all my latest intranet thinking, as well as sharing some of the Intranet Innovation Award winners.

Key topics:

  • evolution of intranets
  • four key purposes of an intranet
  • intranet ‘needs analysis’ techniques
  • 6×2 methodology for intranet planning
  • managing a successful intranet
  • examples from innovative intranets

It’s not too late to sign up for this. I’ll be presenting the workshop in English, and a wide range of interesting organisations are already attending. It’s only a short (and cheap!) flight to Copenhagen from pretty much anywhere in Europe, and this is the only European workshop I’ll be running this year.
