When we launched Intranets2011, it was the first of its kind in Australia. Taking on ideas from around the globe, this conference started off with a bang. For seven years, it’s stood as one of the best conferences in the world, and we’ve been honoured to run it.
But in 2018, everything changes…
The workplace is becoming a vastly richer environment, with strategies now encompassing digital workplaces and the broader employee experience. More teams are getting involved, and capabilities delivered to staff are steadily growing. Step Two has been a key player in these changes, providing best practice insights and assistance, as we have for the last 20+ years.
So to reflect these exciting changes, our yearly conference has a radical new brand:
DEX: bringing great digital employee experiences to the modern workplace
Digital employee experience considers every touchpoint between staff and their employer. Intranets continue to play a critical role as the enterprise front door (and more), increasingly sitting within a broader digital workplace. To accelerate progress, this conference brings together intranet teams, digital teams, internal comms, IT and HR.
It’s everything you’ve loved about our intranet conference, and more. There will be more speakers covering a wider cross-section of topics. It remains the must-do event for practitioners, but with the added opportunity to bring along leaders and key stakeholders. It will remain sponsor-free (of course!).
