I was honoured to be one of the keynote speakers at the inaugural Digital Workplace Experience conference, held in Chicago.
My talk was about future trends in digital workplaces and employee experience, and how to plan for, and deliver them.

- There’s a huge digital transformation underway in organisations, but coming with it is the danger of increased complexity.
- The digital workplace has become an important concept, and with it, employee experience.
