How we work (2): in-house workshops

This is part 2 of our ongoing series that explains how we work and what services we provide as a business.

We spend a lot of time on planes, keynoting conferences and running workshops across the globe, including in Australia, New Zealand, S-E Asia, Europe and the US. The workshops are very enjoyable, but there are limits to how much we can “deep dive” into a single organisation’s challenges when we have 30 different participants in the room.

For a number of years we’ve been running in-house workshops, which provide a way of getting the teams the information they need, as well as helping them work through current challenges. This Slideshare presentation explains how it all works:
