@Kaye, please do make use of the scenario!

In due course, I’ll start talking about “how we get there from here”, and there’s plenty of practical first steps. I’ll also be encouraging intranet teams to write up their own “day in the life” scenarios, describing how the organisation should be working.

Report back on the feedback from the rest of your organisation!

I’m in love with Morris! Great scenario and I’m sure all intranet folk would agree that is our goal – however how to develop a plan to get there is my question too. I will use this scenario within my organisation to gather some support for this vision if that’s ok James.

Guessing the future often depends on your past and the ongoing scenario of working.
it really helps to focus on the people aspect of implementing it.

Really like this idea, Morris comes across like a subtle, corporate AI. And I like the meeting room idea too, it really helps to focus on the people aspect of this scenario and building up Sarah’s colleague awareness and personal network quickly.

Sounds like most of the bits and pieces are found here and there but I think you have got it all connected well in one company.

Guessing the future is not the hard part. It is implementing it

How will we get there?

Sounds like Intranet Nirvana. How about information within tomorrows meeting details that displays who is attending including their pictures and profiles and also a building map showing the physical location of the meeting room.

Sounds like a great place to work.
