Thanks for the hat tip. I DO believe, with fervor, that an internal communicator&#039;s primary role is to respect and serve employees; fortunately, many others share the belief.

By the way, I love the last paragraph and the dangers of faceless, oblivious technology. Not only should an intranet put people at the center, but the intranet itself should develop a personality and become more like the people it serves.</description>
