Achieving effective Enterprise 2.0

Martin White has written an article on achieving effective Enterprise 2.0. To quote:
There is a lot of interest at the present time in the role that Enterprise 2.0 web applications can play in enhancing business performance. A recent global survey by McKinsey indicated that after an initial period of promise and trial, companies are now coming to understand the difficulties of realising some of the benefits of Enterprise 2.0 technologies. Only 21 per cent of the survey respondents said that they were satisfied overall with their Enterprise 2.0 initiatives, with 22 per cent voicing clear dissatisfaction. More than half the respondents have not yet been able to make up their mind one way or another.

James – glad to serve as an information resource!
The wonder of delicious bookmarks and auto-publishing to the blog… have to love that light-weight integration, eh?
For more information on Enterprise 2.0, our Market IQ on Enterprise 2.0, released in Q1 this year, has had over 1,000 readers, and is a freely available report at http://www.aiim.org/enterprise20 – presented the findings in a keynote at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference in Boston this year (always nice – it’s a 15 minute walk from my office!).
Cheers,
