Amanda Broomhall, Senior Consultant

Overview

Amanda offers many years of experience of business analysis and project management across a variety of industries, including insurance, telecommunications, utilities, mining and local government.

For the last ten years, she has specialized in a range of intranet projects, including intranet redevelopment projects, intranet separation and consolidation projects.

She has had responsibility for all aspects of the project life cycle, from business case development, all phases of project development, through to implementation. She has undertaken work for a number of organisations both in the private and government sectors.

Amanda has experience in the following areas:

  • developing intranet strategies
  • leading intranet development projects
  • requirements analysis, stakeholder interviews and specifications development
  • developing information architecture for intranet sites
  • mentoring and training
  • assisting organisations to demonstrate the business value of their intranets
  • turning business strategies into practical roadmaps

Amanda likes to take a practical approach to the delivery of web based projects and believes that a strategy is only as good as the roadmap outlining how that strategy can be attained.

Amanda’s recent projects include Telstra, BHP Billiton, SP Ausnet and City of Melbourne.
